The Lower Bedroom
Down the spiral staircase with its own private entrance, stereo, air conditioning and bathroom with shower is the Cypress House
Lower Bedroom. This 700 square foot bedroom has a private stone terrace and
sea views which are reflected across the room in a dance/exercise-style
wall of mirrors. Teak furnishing, stainless steel exercise barre...stereo,
VCR, exercise tapes, some free weights. It's sparse stylish furnishings leave plenty of room to try out those dance moves or work out.

Rental Rates and Reservations:
Winter: |
Jan. 5-April 2 (seven night minimum) |
$3,600 per week |
Summer: |
April 13-Dec.14 (five night minimum) |
$2,800 per week |

Reservations
A 50% deposit payable to Cypress House is required at the time the reservation is made, and must be received within 14 days of your reservation. As regular mail to the BVI can take up to a month, we suggest Federal Express to Virgin Gorda (about $40) in care of:

or if you send immediately, U.S. Express Mail (about $10) to the St. John address listed below. We accept personal checks, International Money Orders or Cashiers/Certified checks made out to Cypress House. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations occurring:
61 days or more prior to the date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee
46-60 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee
45 days of less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee
All cancellations must be received in writing.
In the event of your cancellation, and if we are able to re-book your exact rental dates, a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.
If there is another availability within three months of the initial reservation, we will be happy to rebook. If the new reservation falls into a lower rate schedule, the originally booked rate would still apply.
Our ability to re-book will be influenced by the amount of notice that we receive.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
Rates are subject to change without notice, but we will always honor the rental rate in effect at the time of receiving your initial deposit.
Damage Deposits:
A credit card imprint is required at check-in as a Damage Deposit
Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: 10:00 a.m.
Cleaning:
The house will be clean when you arrive. Each day except Sunday and public holidays you will receive limited cleaning.
Water conservation is a concern on our little Island, and your cooperation is appreciated. Toward this end, we would ask you to allow all laundry to be done by the maid in like-color full loads. You may organize this with her.
Additional Charges:
Two extra single beds could be provided for two extra people at $50 each per night.
