Refund Policy:

• Full deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made 180 days prior to scheduled arrival 

• Trip may be rescheduled subject to availability at no additional cost

• Trip Cancellation Insurance Policy  to be furnished upon request, to cover all other cancellations.

Damage/Loss/Telephone Deposit:

• A deposit in the amount of $500.00 is required and will be refunded thirty days after departure. Please use separate check.

Notes:

• Bedroom 6 (#8 on Lower Level Plan) is available only at the 12 person rate.

• Reduced rates apply for stays longer than 2 weeks.

• Roll-away beds and cribs can be provided for extended families.

• Rentals less than 90 days are subject to 8% Government Hotel Tax, paid by separate check payable to the Commissioner of Finance
