Pool Deck, which is located on the villa’s third level. Whether you are
looking to sunbathe, swim, read a book or just nap under our warm tropical
sun, this is definitely an area where you’ll be spending a lot of your
time. Below the Pool Deck nestled on the cliffs above the ocean is the secluded Sun Deck. If you are looking for true peace and quiet you won’t find a better place. |

The unique multi-level design of this elegant home provides maximum privacy inside and out, so guests can enjoy as much privacy or togetherness as they chose. Split amongst the different levels are six bedrooms and five and a half baths. Two guest suites with baths are located on the first level, a third bedroom with bath and a small bedroom without bath are on the second level and up a staircase outside the dining area is another suite with twin beds and bath.

Just off the Pool Deck is the expansive Living Room,
Dinning Room and Gourmet Kitchen. Lined with floor to ceiling windows and
a wrap around deck this is the most panoramic place in the entire villa.

is the private Master Suite. Once inside you’ll notice the relaxing

Rates and Reservations:
Villas are rented as one week minimum stay. 50% deposit is required for reservation. (8% room tax and $500 security deposit) Dec 19-Jan 9 minimum 10 day stay. We never sub-let, even when there's only one guest, to insure privacy. |
