This holiday rental is situated only minutes
away and close enough to enjoy these major resorts yet far enough away to leave
them behind you and relax in the peace and tranquility.
Only a few yards from a beautifully designed swimming pool (heated in the winter) which is graded gradually going from 1”to 6ft in depth. There is also a poolside bar, which is popular with holidaymakers and residents alike. The area nearly always enjoys a sea breeze, so the heat
is not so much a problem as in the nearby main resort areas of Los Cristianos &
Las Americas.

The
holiday apartments are fully furnished and equipped with most items including
TVs.
The bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobes, chests of draws, and bedside cupboard with lamp. There is a bed settee in the lounge, which opens out into a double bed. While most have TV some also have video players, however both video machines and tapes can be hired locally if required. There is a table and chairs for eating outside on the
balcony. There is also a CD/ Cassette player. All linen is provided. |

The apartment is situated in the middle of a
championship golf complex and has a delightful sea view.
With only a few steps from the front door to the pool area and only two minutes walk to the sea. Close by a horse riding stable offering riding lessons along the beach area. Five minutes walk away is the new marina offering a multitude of water sports. In the village of Amarillo , there is a supermarket, a launderette and a number of bars and restaurants. Ten minutes drive in either direction along the coast are
many large sandy beaches, and a wider choice of bars and restaurants.

Facilities:
They have fully fitted kitchens, which are all-electric
and have a mains oven with 4 hobs together with an extractor fan. Each one has a
fridge with a freezer compartment as well as kettles and toasters, with ample
cutlery and, cups, glasses, plates etc. There is a broom cupboard with ironing
board, electric iron etc. Each bathroom is fully fitted with sink, bath, shower
bidet and w.c
