3rd floor 2-bed apartment to rent (with lift and pool) near the famous Temple of Apollo and only about a 5-minute drive to the fabulous Altinkum main beach with all its bars, shops, restaurants and nightlife. This holiday rental is a 5-minute walk to Didim and the famous Saturday Market where you can buy fruit and vegetables and anything else that takes your fancy.

		This apartment to rent is about 90m2 (970sqft) with air-conditioning in the lounge/diner. There is a lift and also quite a large pool. The holiday rental has two balconies, one from the lounge/diner, which gets sun all day and this one has balcony furniture and there is also one off the kitchen for drying washing etc.

This apartment to rent features a kitchen separate from the lounge/diner (which is unusual in a lot of new properties) and is fully equipped with: An oven (with extractor), Fridge, Washing machine, Toaster & Kettle, Ample cupboard space and an iron and ironing board.

The lounge/diner has a very comfortable convertible sofa bed and one arm chair (which is also a small sofa bed if needed).  There is a TV with satellite (500 channels plus radio) and a DVD player to play movies and CDs.  There is also an area set aside with a table and chairs for meals if it is too cold to sit on the balcony (they are not used that often).

There are two bedrooms; the main bedroom has two single beds (which can be pushed together for the more amorous of you) air conditioning, wardrobe, drawers and an ensuite bathroom, with shower, w.c. and hand basin. The second bedroom has again two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and ceiling fan.

Holiday Village

Consists of 2 large swimming pools 800 sqm & 400 sqm respectively, with water slides & numerous water features as in photographs. Sports lovers can exercise to their hearts content in the gym and afterwards relax in the sauna and jacuzzi.  Other features include secluded garden areas, mini amphitheatre and Turkish Bath. You will not have to worry about children getting lost as the village is surrounded by a solid stone wall covered with railing on top.  There is also 24 hour security. For your daily shopping there is a mini supermarket, bar and restaurant. Shuttle bus is provided to take residents to Mahmutlar, Beach and surrounding areas.
