This is the pool area, which leads to the beach in front. They were cleaning that day, and had put the lounge chairs away. You can see that there are only 3 condos in front on one side of the pool and 3 condos in front on the other side. This is a small private group of vacation condos, but right in the hotel zone. |

The living room features a spectacular view of the ocean.
There are large picture windows around the front and side of the living room,
which we refer to as the "solarium," where the small table and 4 chairs are
located, affording a spectacular view of the water. This is as close as you can get to the water, almost any place in the world! (I have been to a lot of oceanfront condos.)
Full kitchen, just like home: microwave, programmable coffeemaker, etc. Daily maid service (except Sunday) -- for an extra charge, she may cook for you! 4 TV's, living room TV is 29" and is a combo TV, VCR, and DVD. Washing machine and dryer, full-size refrigerator/freezer. Dishes, towels, including beach towels, all linens, provided. Pool. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, across from Flamingo Plaza. The Villa has three completely private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. A kitchen, dining room, living room and half-bath make up the main living area, including a laundry room. There is also a patio off the living room with magnificent beach views. A maid service is in every day but Sunday to make beds, some laundry, clear and wash dishes and generally clean up and keep the villa in good order. The maid does not cook. There is 24 hours security protection for the villas. |

Our favorite activity is doing absolutely nothing except sifting on the villa patio or at the pool or beach and enjoying the magnificent views of the turquoise Caribbean so relaxing and inspirational. But, depending on your mood and personal wishes you can find as many activities as you can think of.
The eight miles of cool, white, sandy beach directly in front of the villa provides a beautiful setting for walking, sunning and swimming. Easily available nearby are boating, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, parasailing, tennis and golf. Expeditions to nearby islands, such as Isla Mujeres, Contoy and Cozumel and visits to major Mayan archaeological sites in Tulum, Chichen Itza and Coba are also easily arranged, as well as Eco parks and horse riding through the jungle or in the beach.
2 pools, air-conditioning. There are telephones for your convenience in the villa. Local calls are at no charge but no long distance calls are permitted but through your calling or credit card. We also have satellite TV, VCR, a small book collection and various games for your use. Washing machine and dryer, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove and oven, electric coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and blender are all part of the villa amenities. Dishes, towels, linen, etc., are all provided as well.$350/night on weekly basis (season)

Longer stays: We will negotiate a
reduced rate for staying more than three weeks.
We require a two
(2) night deposit for each week (or less) that you want to reserve.
When you make the reservation. If it is the minimum stay (three
nights) you have to deposit the three nights. If you cancel, this
deposit is not refundable. Full, non-refundable payment is required
30 days prior to your first scheduled night's stay.
This two bedroom, two bathroom villa features taste and luxury. It comes with a fully equipped, American style kitchen, living and dining rooms, and spacious, ocean view terraces for sunning, entertaining or savoring the incomparable views.
