This is the pool area, which leads to the beach in front. They were cleaning that day, and had put the lounge chairs away. You can see that there are only 3 condos in front on one side of the pool and 3 condos in front on the other side. This is a small private group of vacation condos, but right in the hotel zone. |

| It is difficult to see in the photos, but there are
large picture windows around the front and side of the living room, which
we refer to as the "solarium," where the small table and 4 chairs are
located, affording a spectacular view of the water.
Also, beautiful new window treatments have already been
bought, and will soon be installed on the windows.

This is the living room furniture, with the spectacular view of the ocean.
This is as close as you can get to the water, almost any place in the world! (I have been to a lot of oceanfront condos.) The condo will be fully decorated. I am going down to Cancun the second week of Jan. '04, and will finish all the decorating then. As you can see, my condo is brand new, and has just been furnished. The rest of the decor is on the way. |

Full kitchen, just like home: microwave, programmable coffeemaker, etc. Daily maid service (except Sunday) -- for an extra charge, she may cook for you! 4 TV's, living room TV is 29" and is a combo TV, VCR, and DVD. Washing machine and dryer, full-size refrigerator/freezer. Dishes, towels, including beach towels, all linens, provided. Pool. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, across from Flamingo Plaza. Many restaurants, malls, shopping, discos, directly behind or within walking or bus distance. Ideal for couples, families, seniors.
