Villas Nizuc is a luxurious, private, 32 unit, attached townhouse condominium, right on the main beach in Cancun, Mexico. It is beautifully landscaped with 2 swimming pools and views of the Caribbean from everywhere. Villas #8 is fully furnished and equipped with independent air conditioning zones for all three of its levels.

The Villa has three completely private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. A kitchen, dining room, living room and half-bath make up the main living area, including a laundry room. There is also a patio off the living room with magnificent beach views. A maid service is in every day but Sunday to make beds, some laundry, clear and wash dishes and generally clean up and keep the villa in good order. The maid does not cook. There is 24 hours security protection for the villas. |

Our favorite activity is doing absolutely nothing except sifting on the villa patio or at the pool or beach and enjoying the magnificent views of the turquoise Caribbean so relaxing and inspirational. But, depending on your mood and personal wishes you can find as many activities as you can think of.

| There are hundreds of restaurants of
every type and price range in Cancun. You can eat in Italian French,
Japanese, Chinese, German, seafood and Mexican restaurants.
Cancun has a modem water and sewage system and therefore most people have no difficulty with the water or food. Anyway, we would recommend you to drink bottled water. (You will be provided of bottled water in the Villa.) There is also every kind of shopping from modem supermarkets to quaint flea markets; from exclusive jewelry and art to T-shirts. Remember now Cancun is rated among the most visited internationally known first class resorts. |

The eight miles of cool, white, sandy beach directly in front of the villa provides a beautiful setting for walking, sunning and swimming. Easily available nearby are boating, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, parasailing, tennis and golf. Expeditions to nearby islands, such as Isla Mujeres, Contoy and Cozumel and visits to major Mayan archaeological sites in Tulum, Chichen Itza and Coba are also easily arranged, as well as Eco parks and horse riding through the jungle or in the beach.

2 pools, air-conditioning.
There are telephones for your convenience in the villa. Local calls are at no charge but no long distance calls are permitted but through your calling or credit card. We also have satellite TV, VCR, a small book collection and various games for your use. Washing machine and dryer, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove and oven, electric coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and blender are all part of the villa amenities. Dishes, towels, linen, etc., are all provided as well. |

Rates and Reservations:
$350/night on weekly basis (season)
$300/night
on weekly basis (off season)
Longer stays: We will negotiate a
reduced rate for staying more than three weeks.
We require a two
(2) night deposit for each week (or less) that you want to reserve.
When you make the reservation. If it is the minimum stay (three
nights) you have to deposit the three nights. If you cancel, this
deposit is not refundable. Full, non-refundable payment is required
30 days prior to your first scheduled night's stay.
