This is a deluxe and quite large accommodation.
The whole area is around 6k sq. ft. including large terraces, and sections can be locked off to provide various configurations including 2, 3, 5 Bedrooms.

Rates and Reservations:
3 bedrooms, den, 2 baths for groups of 8 to 10 persons: rent is $350.00 to $450.00 per night depending on season
Both villas can be combined to give you:
5 bedrooms, den, 4 baths for up to 15 persons: rent is $500.00 to $600.00 per night depending of season.
A 3rd villa (also ocean front),
can be offered when available.
It is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath and can sleep up to 8 persons.
ALL 3 VILLAS can accommodate 22/23 persons.
A security deposit is requested, and is returned within week of departure, complete.. providing there are no damages or extra guests.
- Based on a min. of 2 nights stay
- Price may be negotiated on small groups who desire large space at time of booking.
- Weekly stays you get a night free of charge
- A security deposit is required to secure reservation, $300 for small groups and $500 for large groups.
- Deposit is returned within week of departure after villa is checked out, complete if no damages.
- A cleaning fee of $50 is charged per stay for 2 & 3 Bedrooms,
$100.00 for 5 Bedroom. - Bedding and some towels are provided.
- No Pets
