My wife and myself own an Oceanfront Duplex for rent that is located four and one-half miles North of Flagler Beach directly on the Ocean, 50 feet from the water's edge, in a private area of the beach, among several private homes.
We are one of only two vacation rentals in Flagler County that is OCEANFRONT. The rest are OCEANVIEW and across the very busy highway A1A from the ocean.

We live in the upper unit and rent the lower one out as a vacation rental.
The lower unit has an excellent view of the Ocean from the master bedroom, living room and porch, and of course you can always hear the waves breaking on the beach.
We have a SURF SHACK with deck at dunes edge that has a private toilet, cold water shower, rinsing off hose and fish cleaning station, Ocean Kayak, surf and boggy boards, beach chairs and beach toys for your use.
All you need to bring is your favorite
beach towel and sun tan lotion. |

We have all the local knowledge about great places to eat, things to do,
sights to see in the Flagler area to get the most out of your vacation.
If you like to surf fish, we have some of the best surf fishing on the East coast right in our back yard. I will even show you how to tie my super secret surf fishing rig, guaranteed to catch lots of fish. (Photos of recent catches available upon request.) We supply everything that you need except your fishing poles. |

Rates and Reservations:
Jan 01 - Apr 31 ... Monthly Rentals Only $1800/month + 9% tax (3 month min.) May 01 - Dec 31 ... Weekly or Monthly Rentals Available. $600-$650/week for two people & $25/person/week. 9% Florida Sales Tax. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
