Rates and Reservations:
January - December (except holidays) 4 guests maximum
$125 night - 2 guests, 3 night min ($10 per night additional guests)
$700 per week - 2 guests ($70 each additional guests)
All rates are plus 11% tax & $50 cleaning fee
$200 refundable security deposit
Check in 4PM, Check out 10AM
