This is a non-smoking unit and no pets of any kind are allowed. Entertainment includes over 400 tennis courts, over 20 golf courses, pools, the beach, bike and boat rentals, water fun park, nature trails, over 100 wonderful restaurants, horseback riding, parasailing, jet skiing, charter boat fishing, boat cruises, night spots, hundreds of special shops, factory shops, etc.

There are 2 master suites, one on each end of the unit, each with a king bed, balcony and private bath. One master has two baths, one with a Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom has twin beds and a private bath. There are three large walk-in closets. There are also two roll-away beds and a small sofa bed in the living room, ideal for smaller children. |

Linens and bedding are provided and the unit is fully furnished, including books and games. A storage closet directly outside of the unit is left open to allow guests the use of beach chairs, floats and a small bicycle.
