Required Stay: Min 3 Nights ( 5 Nights For Special Events )
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellation for refunds must be made 60 Days prior to arrival as long as a tenant can be found. There will also be a $50 Cancellation Fee applied. There are NO refunds for a cancellation during a Special Event.
Deposits:
Security deposit of $200 is required to hold your reservation and is refundable. Deposits are mailed within 7 days of departure.
